We hunted high and low for excellent grass-fed/humane beef, that was butchered well, clean, flavourful, and doesn't require purchasing 1/4 or 1/2 an animal - and we found it at Eyra's! We're really impressed with the butchering, it's really clean and professional... we had been relying on another company's grass fed beef, but their cuts were full of gristle, or bits of vessels, and very bloody.. so we searched and searched and now we're just happy as can be with Eyra's selection.
