Eyra's Chicken Wrap - Bombay Style
Ingredients
1 Onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp chilly powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp crushed pepper
1/2 tsp chat masala
2 tbsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 cup of grated cheese
8 Chapati/ Can sub with Tortilla

Directions
1) Preparing the Chicken - Bake whole chicken for 1 hour at 350°F, remove let cool and then shread all meat from bones. You can then use bones to make our Eyra Chicken Broth (Click here for recipe)
2) Chicken Filling - On medium heat place a thick bottom vessel, heat oil and add the onion, when the onion is well sauted add the shredded chicken along with ginger garlic paste and saute for 5 minutes. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes. Add the dry powder masalas and saute it well covering all the chicken pieces. If too dry add some water. Now add the sauces and the vinegar, stir well. Lower the heat and simmer for another 5 minutes.
3) Prepare the Tortilla wrap - On medium heat place a pan. In the pan brush some oil and spread a large spoonful of the beaten egg and place a tortilla on top of it. When cooked flip the tortilla and cook the other side for a minute.
4) Bring it all together - On the egg prepared tortilla place some prepared chicken and some grated cheese, roll it into a wrap.
