Admission is by pre-booking only. No walk-ins are guaranteed entry.

Each booking reserves a private 1-hour time slot for your group.

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened visits, rescheduling delays, or denied entry if the schedule is full.

Each ticket is $15 per person (children 5 and under attend free).

Your ticket fee may be used as a credit toward purchases made on the farm during your visit, including flower picking.

Conditions:

• Credit is valid only on the day of your visit

• Credit has no cash value

• Unused credit is forfeited

• Credit cannot be applied to future purchases or delivery orders

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued.

No-shows will forfeit their booking, payment, and any associated credit.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability and organizer approval.

Exceptions are not guaranteed and are made solely at the discretion of the organizers.

The event runs rain or shine.

In cases of extreme weather, the event may be modified, paused, or cancelled at the organizer’s discretion.

If the organizers cancel your booking, the only option provided will be rescheduling to another available time.

Weather-related cancellations or no-shows by guests are not eligible for refunds or credits.

This is an active working farm with inherent risks, including but not limited to:

• Uneven terrain, mud, and slippery surfaces

• Insects and outdoor elements

• Farm equipment and infrastructure

• Animals and electric fencing

By attending, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own discretion.

All guests must follow posted instructions and staff guidance at all times.

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to a liability waiver releasing Eyra Estate and its operators from responsibility for injury, loss, or damage sustained during your visit.

Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of those in their care.

Flower picking is not included with admission.

Flowers (including tulips and other seasonal spring blooms) are available for purchase at $1.25 per stem.

Rules:

• Only pick from designated areas

• Every stem cut must be paid for (no discarding)

• Follow provided cutting instructions to protect plant health

Snips will be provided. Guests must bring their own container for transport.

Children must be supervised at all times.

Guardians are fully responsible for any damage caused by children.

Pets are only permitted with photography packages.

Pets must be:

• Kept on leash at all times

• Cleaned up after immediately

Unauthorized pets may result in denied entry.

Guests must:

• Stay within designated areas

• Avoid restricted zones (including animals and electric fencing)

• Refrain from unsafe behavior (running, climbing, etc.)

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Smoking or vaping

• Alcohol consumption

Eyra Estate reserves the right to remove any guest without refund for unsafe or inappropriate behavior.

Guests are responsible for:

• Paying for damaged flowers

• Covering costs for property damage, repair, or replacement

Damage may result in immediate removal from the property.

Photography and video may be taken during the event.

By attending, you grant Eyra Estate permission to use your image for:

• Social media

• Marketing and promotional materials

If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

Parking is available along the driveway.

No washroom facilities are available on-site.

The property includes uneven terrain and limited accessibility, which may not be suitable for all guests.

Outside food is permitted.

Guests must:

Dispose of all waste properly

Not feed animals

Farm products may be available for purchase.

Alcohol is strictly prohibited.

Eyra Estate reserves the right to:

• Refuse entry

• Remove guests

• Modify bookings or access at its sole discretion and without refund.

While named “Tulip Days,” the experience may include a variety of spring blooms depending on seasonal conditions.

Flowers are a natural, seasonal crop, and bloom timing and field conditions will vary.

The event may be extended, shortened, or modified based on weather and crop conditions.

Eyra Estate is not liable for cancellations or changes due to circumstances beyond its control, including extreme weather, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
