It all begins with a box of fluffy day-old chicks, full of tiny peeps and endless energy. From the moment they arrive at Eyra, they’re nurtured with care
From week 3 onward, their mobile homes are shifted daily to new pasture, giving them a constant buffet of greens and insects. As they thrive on nature’s diet, the land is enriched too, ensuring healthier soil and more flavorful chicken.
At week 5, they’re thriving. Strong, active, and curious. During this years heatwaves, we’re on bird-wellness duty — topping up cold water, creating shade, and checking in often. Pasture life isn’t always glamorous, but the birds, the land, and the flavor make it worth it.
